The apartment is situated in the beautiful Palermo quarter and hence in a very central position.
The milongas Canning and La Estrella/ La Viruta are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. It's only 150 metres from Plaza Italia. From there you can reach the city centre (Avenida 9 de Julio, Corrientes) speedily by bus or underground.
You will find restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds very close to the apartment.
Spacious parks also start at Plaza Italia and extend down to the Rio de la Plata. Right at the Plaza you will find the Botanical Gardens, followed by the Zoological Gardens, the Japanese Gardens and the Andalusian Gardens.
The apartment is in Jorge Luis Borges street, which was called Serrano during the lifetime of this famous Argentine poet. This is why the street is still known as Serrano to most Porteños.
The apartment is on the second floor and very quiet, as it faces the courtyard and not the street.
